Reasons Drivers Are Arrested for DUI in Fairfax

There are several reasons that drivers may be arrested for DUI in Fairfax.

The officer can charge a driver with driing under the influence under Va. Code 18.2-266.  The statute provies that there are five ways a driver can be cnvicted of driving under the influence:

• driving with a BAC higher than .08
• driving under the inelufence of alcohol
• driving under the inlufence of drugs and alcohol
• driving under the influence of drugs, or
• dricing with a certain amount of specific drugs in his system.
