Assault of a Police Officer Charge in Virginia

Assault charges in Virginia need to be taken seriously.  Most of the time, a Virginia assault charge is a misdemeanor.  However, sometimes a Virginia assault charge can be a felony.  One example of a felony assault charge is an Assault of a Police Officer charge in Virginia under Va.
